COLLAGE KIT: MY TEENAGE BEDROOM
August 19th, 2020
by Frasie Molina
This 2000s-themed collage kit was made in my teenage bedroom. I’ve been on holiday at my parents’ house for the past two weeks and I’ve spent the majority of my time looking through my teenage belongings: books, video tapes, CDs, magazines, posters! I was a teenager in the 2000s, so I grew up watching "Buffy The Vampire Slayer", "Lizzie McGuire" and "Mary-Kate & Ashley" movies. I was completely obsessed with "The Princess Diaries" and "The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants". I was a huge fan of Britney Spears, Brandy and Shakira! The images I chose for this kit represent all of this. The pages contain elements that come from my old magazines and books. I hope you enjoy making your own artwork using this kit. I really loved making it!

Print these pages out and use good old-fashioned scissors and glue to do some arts and crafts, or download the kit and create something digitally. When you're done, send your artwork to hello@nearnessproject.com. Happy collaging!
